The goal of Tribal PRO is to help EVERYONE find their inner dancer. We have developed exciting and effective classes for people of all levels of training. Both professionals and those who just want to keep fit in an entertaining way come to us. We will introduce you to the art of beautiful movements and teach you to express yourself through dance.
We have been teaching dance skills since 2009
and we are the largest Tribal center in Kazakhstan.

We dance not for grades or prizes, but for our pleasure and the most beautiful thing that we can bring into our world! We don't train anyone through pain and suffering. We believe in a healthy physical and psychological approach to every student.

Our most popular hall is famous for its spaciousness and large windows. The theatrical atmosphere is also set by large black curtains, which can cover windows and mirrors if necessary. The hall also has yoga mats, air conditioning, a large powerful audio system (Bluetooth, AUX cable, disks, flash drive), 2 types of lighting.
BLACK HALL 50 sq.
Atmospheric theater dark hall. Ideal for video filming and acting courses. There are long curtains that can cover the entire length of the mirrors. Equipment: audio system with AUX and Bluetooth, air conditioning, mats, yoga blocks, 2 types of lighting.
SILVER HALL 45 sq.
A bright, classic-style room in purple and silver. Ideal for choreography, yoga and creative activities. There are curtains that can cover the entire length of the mirrors. Equipment: choreographic machine, high-quality powerful audio system with AUX and Bluetooth, air conditioning, mats, yoga blocks, 2 types of lighting.
BLUE HALL 30 sq.
Bright room in blue oriental style. Ideal for individual lessons, yoga, choreography and creative activities.
Equipment: high-quality audio system with AUX and Bluetooth, mats, yoga blocks.
We rent during free hours:
With hourly pay = from 2500 tenge and above.
In stationary groups (12 hours per month) = from 20,000 to 45,000 tenge
per month depending on the time of classes. Discounts for beginning teachers.

Modern music of various styles gives energy for the whole day. You learn to feel your body as much as possible, developing its plasticity, stretching, mobility of all joints. Discovering emotionality through dance and mixing movements of many dance styles will help you express yourself. Developing coordination and activating neurological processes will help us stay healthy and active for many years!

If you love communication and ethnic
American Tribal Style - this dictionary of dance movements, originally from America, has united thousands of dancers around the world! We study about 100 movements and rules of interaction in a group, and together with this we can create group improvisations - dance here and now! The movements themselves are a mixture of oriental dances, Indian and flamenco. The music is most often ethnic, electronic, fast and slow.

I immediately wanted to know more, I really liked the bright costumes, unlike other dances, the grace, and some special charm. Tribal is very bewitching, alluring, there is so much femininity, beauty, plasticity in it, you want to dance and dance. Tribal is a special world, the world of my inner soul. Tribal is more than just a dance for me. This is a feeling of delight, feminine beauty.
Dance has definitely changed my life completely. So many interesting things, so many bright moments happened in my life. First of all, I really I like performing because it’s a completely different world, a world of self-sufficiency, self-confidence, and most importantly, you feel superior in everything, at the same time pride and inspiration, that you are part of the Tribal dance.
I love practicing techniques and learning new movements. This way you feel development and passion. It seemed like you were studying for 1 hour, but you were gaining a lot.

After attending a concert a long time ago at the Zhastar Palace, I became very interested in this type of dance. But work, worries... And it came only after many years. I came to the first lesson and stayed! I have been studying with Kamila for more than 2 years now. Absences were only due to departures and work.
Tribal is a state of mind. No other dance is so captivating and gives such sensations! Depth of feelings, femininity and beauty of movements. As well as music and incredible costumes. It was partly thanks to dancing that I met my man. And if you dig deep, dance for me is also a collective that shows all aspects of human relationships and the structure of society.

It was fate! That day I was walking around the city and accidentally wandered into an Indian exhibition. Tribal music was playing in the headphones. More precisely, now I know that it was tribal.
I enter the exhibition, take off my headphones, and the tribal music continues to play, only in the hall where the tribal music is... the dancer gathered a fascinated crowd around her. They put a flyer in my hands, invited me to trial classes, and since then I’ve been in the sect! =) I knew about tribal for a long time, but I didn’t think that anyone was teaching it in Astana. Rachel Bryce's famous video has captivated me for a long time.
The studio brought me back to dancing. I used to do them a long time ago and thanks to this school I have the opportunity to plunge into the world of dance. After attending several classes, I realized that this was a great opportunity to work on myself. After training, you feel physically tired, but inspired! I want everyone to know about the school! The world of Tribal opened up for me in the summer of 2012, when, on the advice of my mother’s friend, who was already involved in ATS, I decided to try something completely new for myself. I chose the direction of Tribal Fusion, having first looked at what it was on YouTube. To be honest, I was very worried about going, as I was quite reserved and shy, but as soon as I was at the training session, I was enveloped in a pleasant atmosphere and team. Each workout became more and more interesting, I discovered new opportunities for myself, set new goals for myself, I had to break myself and get out of my comfort zone, which gave impetus to the development of my personality. It didn't take me long to realize that Tribal was mine. Dancing gave me great pleasure, I began to feel differently: more feminine, stronger, I began to love myself and my body, how it looks and how it moves in dance.
Today I can safely say that Tribal gave me not only the opportunity to become better and to know myself, but also a sea of emotions. Every performance on stage, every workout continues to make me happier, leaving in my memory warm memories and a desire to remain part of this wonderful world. Even after so many years of training, I have not lost interest, and this is thanks to our beloved teachers. And training is a great way to relax and forget after a hard weekday.

I found a studio on the website fitcom.kz And I’ve been studying since December 2014 until now! I used to be into belly dancing, and at one of the festivals I saw a dance in the tribal fusion style performed by three girls with white fluffy fans. Their snake plastic made a deep impression on me and I began to wonder what kind of direction this was and where it was taught. Now I'm doing exactly what I really like. And although I don’t have natural talent for dancing (as I thought), I have definitely become more flexible! I’m always in a wonderful mood after training, all thoughts about business and problems disappear.

Questions and answers
Are you working with beginners or do you need to have some experience?
Yes, we always have a group for beginners to dance where you will feel comfortable. And we understand your fears and embarrassment, but you should not worry. Our teaching methods are made in such a way that any movement is explained in the simplest possible way and we physically prepare the body for it. Gradually, step by step, you will get better and better!
What do I need to bring with me?
1. Comfortable form for training - leggings, top, T-shirt, soft stretchy fabric that does not restrict your movements and does not squeeze the skin. Collected hair so as not to interfere with practice. On feet at will: barefoot / Czechs / ballet flats / socks.
2. For the first time - a bottle of water.
3. We have our own clean rugs, which are enough for everyone. But if you prefer your own, take it.

Can I dance if I'm over 50 or have health problems?
It's never too late to start dancing!
Our groups are made up of women of all ages. From 20 to 65 years old!
If you have a direct contraindication of a doctor, then do not risk it, your health is most important!
If there are no direct contraindications, then welcome! Even during group classes, we will select an individual level of exercises for each student.
